“Зорчигч тээврийн нэгтгэл” ОНӨААТҮГ-ын сургалтын албаны “Нарны зам” сургалтын төв нь Авто тээврийн хуулийн 19 дүгээр зүйлд “Тээвэрлэлтийг гүйцэтгэхэд зохих ангиллын авто тээврийн хэрэгслийн мэргэшсэн жолоочийг ажиллуулна” гэж заасны дагуу Засгийн газрын хэрэгжүүлэгч агентлаг, хөдөлмөр халамж үйлчилгээний ерөнхий газар, Авто тээврийн газраас мэргэшсэн жолоочийн сургалт зохион байгуулах мэргэжлийн сургалтанд тавигдах шаардлага, Боловсрол Соёл Шинжлэх Ухааны сайд, Хууль Зүй Дотоод Хэргийн Сайдын хамтарсан 2002 оны 103/107 тоот тушаалаар баталсан “Тээврийн хэрэгслийн жолооч бэлдэх журам”-ын шаардлагыг тус тус хангаж, Хөдөлмөр халамжийн үйлчилгээний ерөнхий газраас 2018 онд 07-р сарын 17-ны өдрийн № 237/2018 тоот, Мэргэжлийн Боловсрол сургалтын бодлогын хэрэгжилтийг зохицуулах газрын “Нийтийн зорчигч тээврийн хэрэгслийн мэргэшсэн жолооч бэлтгэх” 2018 оны 10-р сарын 31-ны өдрийн №103/2018 тоот сургалт явуулах зөвшөөрлийн гэрчилгээ, сунгалтыг авч сургалтын үйл ажиллагааг хэвийн явуулж байна.

“ Passenger Transport Consolidation” CPRD Director Regulation “ Training Centre Approval” on 23 January 2015, based on Order A/08, as the policy objective of the organisation, the Training Unit is the total staff, classroom training is being provided for the staff.
The training department has a staff of 4 people, and at the beginning of the year, they receive suggestions for internal training from all departments, offices, and bases, prepare a plan, and conduct training after approval by the head of the department.
According to the training program, 62 hours of theoretical lessons, 22 hours of technical theory lessons, driving-production practice in six types of elements, and 24 hours of lessons in a specially prepared driving area are conducted in the field of law and transportation methodology. The Law on Motor Transport was amended on May 29, 2008, and a new clause, "Professional vehicle driver", was introduced. Qualified driver of a vehicle means a person who has acquired professional skills and has a high work and communication culture, and has a high culture of work and communication, who performs the task of driving a motor vehicle and earns his own profit by participating in the program.
Due to the state of emergency due to the domestic outbreak of the coronavirus, new enrollment training has been temporarily suspended, and only the internal training of the organization is being conducted online.
