Department objectives:
The organization's total rolling stock, technical and equipment inspection and technical services are performed on schedule within the planned timeframe, to monitor their technical integrity, ensure their normal reliable operation, and, implementation of measures to improve utilization, record keeping of technical use, research, inference, and development and implementation of policies on the technique, it is the office for the implementation of the technical management of the company, including the management of the introduction of advanced technology by the head of production.
Main Focus of the operation:
- Development of technical policies at the organization level, preparation and approval of necessary documents and procedures, management and supervision of implementation.
- Managing activities to ensure that the buildings are properly secure through electrical and thermal power, consumer water and communication and IT services, monitoring their spending and consumption, measures to reduce wasteful costs, and, defining and implementing austerity.
- Removal of violations by monitoring the operation and safety of the organization's total rolling stock and equipment, investigation of the causes of accidents, damage delays, and idleness, and, to organize and supervise the development and implementation of future measures.
- To manage the introduction of advanced technology in manufacturing by the head, to conduct research and to take relevant measures by providing initiatives on this.
- The organization's total number of rolling stock and equipment uses maintains records, releases news reports within a set period of time to be conducted at related locations, conducts surveys, monitors orders for spare parts and materials, monitors spending, and, norm assessment development and approval and enforcement.
- Monitor the use and inspection of IT networks and equipment in use throughout the organization, build and refine the database, and ensure reliable continuity.
- Receipt and request the documentation required to receive and commission the spare parts being supplied, and to make the decision to delete them from the main assets by deactivating the end of their service life.
- To conduct training and advise among professional staff and engineering technicians, and to conduct a quarterly board of technicians to submit a report on the department's work to the Board of Directors for consideration.
