Internal audit department

It operates in accordance with the "Common Procedure for Organizing Internal Inspections of Enterprises and Organizations" approved by Resolution No. 311 of 2011 of the Government of Mongolia. The department operates with a total of 13 people, including 1 department head, 6 internal inspection officers, and 6 inspection operators, according to the order of the director of the "Passenger Transport Integration" No. A/08 dated January 29, 2016.

Departmental goals:

To ensure the basic activities of the organization, it is to organize internal control and inspection, to enforce standard regulations, to monitor compliance with relevant laws and other regulations, to eliminate detected violations and deficiencies, and to provide directions and recommendations to improve work productivity.

Department objectives:

In the activities of the camps, departments and departments, directly or in accordance with the plans and guidelines adopted by the Director, to conduct inspections, to develop and enforce the rules and regulations necessary for the smooth functioning of the organization, and to provide professional methodological advice and, it is to make opinions and ensure the enforcement of laws.

Main focus of the operation:

The direct management of the director of the organization is handled independently of other departments and officials, and the goods and products that the organization's activities are produced and sold, and the work and services provided are subject to relevant legislation, Presidential Decree, and, The organization-wide review of government decisions, compliance with decisions made by the competent higher authorities, directors and other officials, remedies and deficiencies found, the action will be directed at holding the guilty party accountable.
